Description:The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing Loyola sales of Presagis products in the DC/MD/VA territory and delivering sales revenue on a quota. The successful candidate must have seven (7) plus years experience in strategic sales in the DOD and/or federal market. They must have a proven track record and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

General Duties:
- Establish and maintain proactive positive relationships with clients within an assigned territory through direct personal relationships with clients.
- Provides demonstrations/presentations of Presagis products at client sites, trade shows, symposiums and when presented with customer opportunities.
- Exceed client expectations through superior service, communication, and account follow up.
- Oversee post-sales activities including installation, familiarization, support, product shipment and delivery, and invoicing.
- Sell all Presagis modeling and simulation products in the DOD, Federal, and state/local government.
- Responsible for delivering individual sales contribution to meet or exceed quota.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience selling into DOD and/or Federal markets.
- Experience in Modeling and Simulation.
- Strong presentation skills and computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:
- Existing knowledge on Presagis products and SalesForce.com.
- Excellent personal and communication skills.
- Experience and ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Ability to maintain positive attitude, even in stressful situations.
- Ability to coach and guide sales activities during the sales process.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education in business, marketing or other related field.

Travel:
Required travel within the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia territories.
