Site Preparation

The Loyola document specialist arrives at the installation and meets with the installation Restoration Manager to discuss specifics of the site visit and to obtain the hard copy documents and CD/DVD media. Documents with dates prior to the previous site visit are compared with the on-line digital library and duplicates are identified and removed. The documents are then staged by removing all binding materials and CD/DVDs are organized and assigned log numbers.
