Document Capture

Loyola has developed an on-site mobile scanning capability utilizing an ultra high-performance scanner that captures color, black and white, and large format documents. Existing DVD/CDROM media are copied to a portable electronic storage vault. The scanned documents are QA'd and organized and the hardcopy originals given back to the installation Restoration Manager. All document capture and processing is accomplished on-site without removing any documents from the area.
