An Installation Administrative Checklist is provided to the installation POC, who reviews the specifics of the Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) directive 9833.3A-1 and Air Force JA guidance. Loyola also provides guidance on the verifying specific documents required that fall into the 5 categories of documents required by law.
