Loyola has developed a standardized format to organize both hard copy and soft copy Administrative Records that are maintained at all ACC installations. The standardized format allows installation ERP personnel to locate any information in any Administrative Record using the Portal and to quickly retrieve the hard copy from the installation archive. Loyola's AR portal application provides access by MAJCOM, installation, EPA, contractors and the public who can browse, search and download the documents with the appropriate rights and permissions.
